Meditation to Open Up the Heart Chakra

If you feel your heart chakra begin to tighten up or close down, and if you feel you may just have had a transient ischemic attack (a TIA) or a heart attack, go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room right away.

If you are certain the feeling is psychic rather than physical, then place the first three fingers of your right hand lightly on the heart, as shown in the below series of three photos. Then sit quietly for a minute or so, and feel what changes come about in your energy fields.
