Quick Meditation to Help Protect Against Psychic Heart Attack

If you feel you may just have had a transient ischemic attack (a TIA) or a heart attack, go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room right away.
If you are certain the feeling is psychic rather than physical, then sit quietly, relax your pectoral muscles (your chest muscles), and calm yourself with gentle, quiet breathing. Take care not to breathe in such a way as to place stress on your heart.
