Dear Ones,

Last week, midweek, I went to see a Shen Yun performance. I learned a very great deal there, with regard to leading with the heart through movement in the world.

I have been trying to find a way to express this, so that others can atune to it too.

JOINING ONE’S ENERGY TO THAT OF THE UNIVERSE

I would like to start with the Shen Yun video “At One with Nature,” which seems to me to express joining one’s energy to that of the Universe.

I read on their website …

… that it is the Arts that make a connection between heaven and Earth. The first act of the performance I saw enacted bringing the gods of the heaven worlds to Earth. As the performers danced, the air above them filled with movement, as if Divine beings had materialized on the astral plane to bless the performers and the audience.

The performance deals with many energies other than human-human interactions. Shen Yun speaks to the archetypal images of heroes, dragons, sages, emperors, and the Gods (the immortals). In this sense, the stage is much larger than that of modern mass media. Further, the cast of characters has within it the elements that allow the Soul to choose a way of being untainted by Darkness.

What I am suggesting is that person-to-person relationships, while much vaunted and much thought of, are only a very small portion of all that a human being is capable of relating to in terms of living energies. For me, for instance, my relationship to the Earth, to the Souls of those who have passed on before us, to the world of the Jinn and the Ifrits, to the Plane of Forces, to the nature spirits, to my fellow beings of Light, and to the Angelic Realm including the Devas, is purely fascinating. Further, how I hold the Demon Realm and the forces of Darkness, is of utmost importance in an opposite kind of way.

When Awareness is expanded to the many that comprise the All, everything changes. The human mind first attains a degree of neutrality, a suspension of shiftless and worthless meanderings. Slowly it shifts from interpersonal Awareness to the vast play of cosmic Awareness.

The emotions refine; negative trills and frightful thrills riffle off into the ethers. The heart enlivens and embraces Love for all beings everywhere. This is the Cosmic Drama, and not just the small screen of everyday life as vetted by societal expectations.

And so, I say, why not look to that which is not expected? Find that for which there is no name. Explore the Unknown in us, and everywhere around us. What a wonderful quest might that be!

LEADING WITH THE HEART THROUGH MOVEMENT IN THE WORLD

See how exquisitely balanced the movement of the dancer is? What if my chakras were that well balanced? What if I had that kind of atunement with movement? There arose in me a longing to be like that.

Then a few days later, I realized that sort of atunement might be had through ‘leading with the heart’ through movement. I have been searching youtube to find an example of dance that would show what I intuited. I think this young lady expresses it well, as does the song “You Raise Me Up” …

There is a way of walking, I heard, in India, where when a person steps forward with one foot, the toes are the first part of the foot to touch the ground. I took a class in tracking and Native American lore once, and the teachers described this same way of walking. They said it was used to walk silently through the forest. Here is a similar walking pattern, toes first, in ballet …

It seems to me this way of walking, even thought rather than actually practiced while walking, can create a fluid grace of movement, and a balance of form. For me, it allows me to bring conscious Awareness into the everyday movement of walking … from the parking lot to the grocery store, for instance … or anytime.

Then the second feature of this aware way of walking is to make the chest convex rather than concave. This way the shoulders are back, the head is erect, and the function and energies of the heart are not cramped up by a constricted ribcage.

I have to say, it is an incredible feeling using this convex chest posture; the blood is more oxygenated, and movement flows through the body, into the world, as if derived from Source itself. It is as if God were leading my dance with the Universe.

Some very good ways to correct chest posture are the shoulder rolls and neck rolls of yoga. This video shows my favorite 10-minute yoga warmup session, with neck and shoulder rolls starting at 7.19 on the video …

So that is what I have on leading with the heart through movement in the world.

BALANCING THE BODY’S ENERGIES: BREATH EXERCISES TO ADJUST PRANA

One thing I noticed right away about the Shen Yun dancers was how evenly distributed their chakric energies were, up and down the spine. As well, their pranic energy was smoothly flowing up and down their body; it was not stuck anywhere.

One of the best ways to become familiar with the body’s pranic energy is through regulation and observation of the breath, for it is the breath that brings prana into the body and distributes it throughout. When the breath is cramped, or unconscious and automatic, the body’s prana stagnates and pools up here and there.

To the psychic eye, observing a person with stagnant prana is like seeing a body made of wood, rather than a living being. Here is a musical example of the difference between flowing and stagnant prana: In this Musical Suite by Bartok, one motif (that of the wooden doll) expresses the feel of wooden or stagnant prana. The other motif (that of the Princess) has the feel of flowing prana.

Here is an art example of what I sense on the psychic plane when a person’s prana is not flowing …

This sort of ‘wooden prana’ gives rise to physical discomfort. With time, this discomfort can manifest as physical dis-ease. Fortunately, this condition is easily alleviated through attention to the breath. Here are a few examples …

  • Long, deep breathing … sit comfortably, or lie down on the back. Make the duration of  inhalation of breath and the duration of exhalation of breath as long and deep as is comfortable. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.
  • ‘Breath of fire’ … sit comfortably; begin with short, rapid breaths. Pump the navel point in with each exhale. This pranic technique quickly cleanses toxins from the blood, so begin with just 1 to 3 minutes; with time, you can practice longer and longer. Conclude with a few long, deep breaths. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.
  • The 8-Count Breath … The number 8 stands for the Infinite, since it has neither beginning nor end. The 8-Count Breath allows a person to experience the Infinite within and without. Sit comfortably. Inhale slowly and deeply to a count of 8; hold the breath in for a count of 8; then exhale slowly and deeply to a count of 8; and hold the breath out for a count of 8. This pranic technique frees pooled and trapped prana from the body. Trapped prana has a barrier of unconscious negative thought that keeps it walled off from the normal pranic flow of the body. When, through practice of the 8-Count Breath, the pooled energy rejoins the overall pranic flow, there can be a burst of energy as the negative-thought-barrier collapses, and the mind and emotions can be momentarily overwhelmed with negative experiences of the past, which are being freed up. This release of past Soul trauma can make the first few experiences with the 8-count breath memorable. So begin with just 1 to 3 minutes; with time, you can practice longer and longer. Conclude with a few long, deep breaths. Then lie down on the back and allow the prana to circulate through the body.

SPONTANEOUS ADJUSTMENT OF PRANIC FLOW

A few days ago, I discovered the art of spontaneous adjustment of pranic flow; I credit this as an unexpected outcome of viewing the Shen Yun performance. I was led to this through concern for stagnation of the mental and emotional bodies, which as an empathic telepath I had been observing not just in myself, but also in many other people. Telepathically, I had found this stagnation manifesting in Earth’s noosphere in form of …

  • astral stories,
  • repeated incursions of the unconconscious thought cloud of the world through the Lower Triangle,
  • chakric malware neg-speak, and
  • repeated misaligned energy patterns of the heart chakra

Here is the video on my discovery of a visualization with body movement that restores pranic flow ‘on the spot’ … thus dispersing and dissolving the astral stories, the unconscious input from the ever-flowing collective unconscious mind of the world, the chakric neg-speak (which seems to ‘hop’ from person to person, on either the astral or the physical plane), and the misaligned heart energy patterns …

I have a technique for pranic enhancement, which I found works better when it is done synchronously with a slow musical beat, such as a heartbeat rhythm on a drum, or a slow, chanting beat.

But I will show it to you here, with no music, and I will mention, too, that the results I have found are that, for me, it stops telepathy in the throat and the third-eye point, and it creates the most beautiful musical, ‘tinkling bell’ sound all around the crown chakra … an incredibly beautiful filigree of sound … very, very high sound, like there were tiny little angels up there, making little cymbal sounds.

The feeling I got after doing this visualization was of of clair stillness, along with great pranic vitality.

THE BENEFITS OF DEVELOPING AND BALANCING THE HEART CHAKRA

This blog describes a series of steps to help us develop and balance the heart chakra. The result will be neutral mind, compassion, empathy, and plugging into the Infinite as a wellspring of vitality, health, and longevity.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND SELF-SACRIFICE

Unconditional love is not, as many believe, self-sacrifice. Rather, it’s a chance to be all we truly are, to allow our heart energy field to expand so that it encompasses all the other chakras.

In this way, we permanently rise above the machinations of Team Dark. Or to put it another way, we are able to feel our being in a way that is unconstricted by the divisions (autonomic / voluntary, and so on) of our neural net. We begin to experience unity or oneness … the unity field.

WHAT THE HEART CHAKRA LOOKS LIKE: TWO CONJOINED FUNNELS

The energy of the heart chakra flows out in two whirling cones of energy, shaped like funnels. The tips of the funnels touch deep in the chest, at a spot between the nipples but located next to the backbone.

The Hridaya: The Deep Inner Heart

This spot is the deep inner heart, where a ‘zero point’ or black hole connects us with the realm of infinite possibilities. It is this spot on which you will concentrate after the front and back cones are brought to awareness and cleansed of Soul wounding. This hidden inner heart is where we feel unconditional love.

The Kundalini

The lower red funnel (at the rectum) and the upper violet funnel (at the top of the head) are actually one long funnel; the connecting cord is the kundalini energy. It is along the line of the kundalini … where the kundalini intersects the junction of the cones of the heart chakra … that the hridaya, the deep inner heart, is located.

The Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is depicted in green … You can see the two green funnels, meeting at the center line of the body. Or slightly behind the point depicted, a little more toward the backbone.

Chakras, Pre-Ascension and Post Ascension

This picture of the chakras is the pre-ascension scheme. After ascension there are 5 or so additional chakras.

FRONT CONE OF THE HEART CHAKRA: COMPASSION AND EMPATHY

Many lightworkers are adept at feeling the front cone of the heart chakra. This feeling allows them to develop empathy for all living beings.

This energy of the front cone of the heart is the energy through which we relate to other human beings. It’s not necessarily corded energy, as with a family member or friend, but sometimes it expresses itself in that way.

Energetic Movement of the Front Cone of the Heart Chakra

Here is an image that, to me, depicts the energetic motion of the front cone of the heart chakra, only laid on its side …

I like the ripple effect, which reminds me of how the heart chakra energy ripples outward in ever widening circles through a person’s own energy field. The descending droplet of water in the image reminds me of divine awareness, incoming through the deep inner heart, and outgoing into the phenomenal world through the front cone of a person’s heart chakra.

To Open and Vivify the Front Cone of the Heart

Arching the Back and Expanding the Chest While Standing. Stand up.  Arch the back backwards, expanding the chest. Arms can be up, above the head, for extra arching effect. Or hands can be on hips, for less of an arch. Or arms can be low and pushed back, as in this image:

Camel Pose. This pose is a little more difficult: In a kneeling position, grasp the ankles. Let the trunk of the body rise upward and outward. Let the head fall back, as you arch the back backwards and expand the chest outward.

Placing Awareness on the Front Cone of the Heart. Here are the steps to develop daily awareness of the front cone of the heart:

FEEL your heart energy in the middle of the front of your chest. As you go about your day, feel the distortions in the smooth conical whirl of heart energy. OR feel the little pains or stiffness or heavinesses in your heart … whatever it feels like … from moment to moment.

NOTICE how other people’s heart energy feels to you. If you can’t feel their heart energy, just imagine that you can. Make a game of it. Both ways are equally effective.

NOTICE how the energy of the front cone of your heart reacts to the dimples … twists … heaviness of other people’s hearts. Or if you can’t feel their hearts, notice how your heart energy changes in the presence of other people. Either way is fine.

NOTICE how your heart springs back from its momentary distortions … how it returns to its native smooth conical configuration in the middle of your chest.

IF BODILY SENSATIONS distant from the heart assert themselves, place your awareness on those sensations. When they subside, bring your attention back to your heart.

BACK CONE OF THE HEART CHAKRA: THE INFINITE WELL OF VITALITY, HEALTH AND LONGEVITY

The back cone of the heart chakra allows us to relate to the Infinite well of vitality, health and longevity. Very few people consciously practice awareness of this back cone of the heart, yet there are compelling reasons to do so:

Reasons for Developing This Energy

Preventing Lightworker Burnout. The back cone of the heart must be enlivened and brought to awareness in order to prevent lightworker empathic burnout.

Overcoming a Codependent Behavior Pattern. Its vivification also prevents codependence … the energy of accommodation to a person who is an addict.

Escaping from the Snares of an Antisocial Personality, who relies on receiving love from other people while at the same time withholding his own energy of love from others. Energetic attachment to an antisocial personality cannot be escaped unless the energy of the back funnel of the heart is as strong as that of the front funnel of the heart. Yet the action of predation by an antisocial personality creates a feeling that there is ‘no one to watch my back’; this feeling further weakens the back of the heart. Thus it is doubly important to strengthen the energy of the back of the heart when attachment to the energy of an antisocial personality occurs.

Energetic Balance of the Entire Heart. In energetic terms, developing this energy of the back heart funnel allows us to balance and vivify the entire heart chakra.

To Locate the Back Cone of the Heart Chakra

Place Your Awareness on the Area Between the Shoulder Blades. According to “The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of International Medicine,” written over 4,000 years ago, wind and cold enter the pores of the skin through acupressure points located here.

The lowest set of 4 points in the image is the most important for vivifying the back cone of the heart chakra. But the area you’ll be placing your awareness on includes the place between the lower part of your shoulder blades as well, and around the ‘wing tips’ of the shoulder blade. All this area is involved in the back funnel of the heart.

To Open and Vivify the Back Cone of the Heart Chakra

Here’s how to open and vivify the back cone of the chakra:

Go for a Back Massage. Lie face down, hands with palms flat on the mat next to your shoulders. Ask the person giving the massage to concentrate on the area between and around the edges of your shoulder blades.

Use a Wooden Spinal Massage Roller, gently, to loosen up the muscles between your shoulder blades. (2) 

Swinging a Bat. Here is an ancient Indian practice to ‘unstick’ this area: While standing, swing a thick branch or club gently back and forth. Or you can use a baseball bat.

Yoga Mudra. Or, you can open up the energy flow in this area with yoga mudra: Sit on your heels, grasping your hands behind the back. Bring the forehead to the floor and stretch the clasped hands up to the ceiling. Hold this position with long, deep breathing for at least 3 minutes.

Place Awareness on the Back Cone of the Heart. After you practice the technique of your choice, feel the energy of the back cone of your heart. Notice how it closes down and opens up.

Practice Allowing the Back Cone of the Heart to Relax. If the energy of the back cone of the heart contracts, allow it to return to its native, smoothly flowing conical state.

ON OPENING THE ENTIRE HEART CHAKRA

Cat Cow Pose

On all fours, arch the spine up and down, gently. When the spine is arched up, the head tucked in. When the spine is arched down, the head is arched back.

On the downward arch, the front funnel of the heart chakra is vivified. On the upward arch, the back funnel of the heart chakra is vivified.

HOW TO EXPERIENCE THE HRIDAYA

Meditation on the Hridaya

Pose. Sit on a chair, feet flat on the ground, back straight but relaxed, hands palm down on your legs, chin ever so slightly tucked in.

Breathing. Make your breathing as long and deep as is comfortable for you.

Roving Gaze, Horizontal or Higher. Let your eyes be open and either horizontal or higher. Don’t look down, and don’t concentrate on any one point. One-pointed concentration, as advocated in many yoga texts, allows a person to escape from the body, into the higher realms. This is a nice ‘preview of coming attractions,’ but it’s a bit of a sidetrack too. What we want is to bring heaven down to Earth. Right down into our physical being. So, let the eyes rove where they will, as long as you’re looking at the horizon or higher.

Where to Place Awareness. Place the awareness at a point in your body between the nipples, but deep within the body, just in front of the spinal column. This is the point where we can feel unconditional love. Continue for 3 minutes.

Benefits. When you’re accustomed to this deep inner heart meditation, you can begin to use it whenever you find yourself too drawn into the events of the day. It will balance and neutralize the karma that’s playing out before your eyes. It will allow you to go beyond the causal body, and to become aware of your body of light.

Mudra to Protect against Psychically Induced Heart Attack . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Here are a mudra and visualization to help protect ourselves from psychically induced heart attack. The visualization utilizes the wonderful protective and healing violet flame of St. Germain. Naturally, if you feel you may just have had a transient ischemic attack (a TIA) or a heart attack, go to your nearest Hospital Emergency Room right away. Meantime, this mudra may help a little (but of course, it is no substitute for an Emergency Room); I have seen online recommendations about taking baby aspirin as well; this would be something to look into.

I have another protection mudra technique for you. A mudra is a yogic hand position technique to achieve a specific energy effect, such as wisdom, courage, compassion, and so on.

You may remember that a little bit earlier I gave a grounding technique …

… which is good for making sure that your own energy is ‘to yourself’ and not invaded from the root chakra. And then just today, I gave the root chakra technique … ‘root lock’ or ‘mul bhand’ … for solidifying the root chakra energy …

That is called ‘mul bhand’ … It is an old yogic technique. In fact, it is the very simplest and easiest yogic technique. And that will stop astral invasion. It will stop unwanted telepathic activity. It stops incursions on the aura through mind control, and it is the beginning of the solidification of our pranic column energy (aka energy of the pranic tube, central vertical power current, kundalini, antahkarana, silver cord, silver thread).

So we can do that all day long, and be completely safe from the interference of the astral world. We can be here in the physical world, ok? So, there is that. It is about grounding and root lock.

And here is the second technique. This technique is for protecting the heart chakra, if there is a telepathic attack where a person uses psychic energy to try and stop the heart. Unfortunately there are some unscrupulous psychic individuals in the world today … and even in ancient times there were, in India, people who did not really practice yoga, except to gain psychic powers, if you know what I mean … or siddhis, as they are called. These folks who have attained psychic powers are called siddhas, and they are well known in India.

In recent times, because of the philosophy being brought in to the Western world, there are people who combined the materialistic ideology … the idea that getting things for themselves is the most important thing … with the Indian siddhis, or psychic powers. So there are things that we have to do to protect ourselves. Of course. the main thing is to plenty of yoga, and to build up our pranic energy, and build up our force field, and their electromagnetic field.

I do not know anything better, for this purpose, than kundalini yoga … because it is very fast; it works very well. The only caveat about it is, that you have to take it kind of easy, because it is so thorough, and so cleansing, and so protective, that a little bit is quite a lot. So, I suggest finding an easy-going kundalini yoga center, and working with that. That is what I say. Or else, buy a book, you know?

So now, I am going to give you the technique for protecting your heart energy from psychic attack. I thought I would mention it because I had such a psychic attack last night, and I have been getting them, off and on, for years now. And from the Divine, I just received this mudra, and this visualization for protection.

It worked great last night. I cannot promise that it will help others, but at least I can say, it helped in my own case. So this is for you, I hope it can be useful to you, to make you feel safe and secure in the world … because we all know that the Divine is right here with us, every minute, taking care of us, and giving us all we need to protect ourselves. So here you go …

All right, so you are feeling an incoming energy that is full of hate, or of desire to harm your heart. So what you do is, you place your hands like this … see?

It is like a shield, There is no hole between fingers and thumbs. The fingers and thumbs of each hand are together, palms outward, palm of left hand resting on top of right hand.

Take the fingers, in this position, and place them at the level of your heart, and about a foot in front of the chest …

… and there you are building a force field like a circle … Your arms and hands describe a circle pointing outward from the chest. You are feeling the incoming energy on your palms, all right?

You know Saint Germain and the violet flame … a very protective force! Imagine the violet flame of Saint Germain coming down all around you, and concentrating in your palms. And this violet flame combines with the energy that is incoming and harmful and hateful. It combines with it, and transmutes it to love.

And you are sending, with your mind and with your visualization, the energy that came to you with an intent to kill … You are sending it outward, to the one who sent it to you, transmuted to love and joy. Ok? It is like a boomerang effect.

Now, the person that sends the desire to kill … that person may perceive the innocent incoming energy as an attack. That is no concern of yours, Ok? Your heart is full of love and joy; your arms are full of the violet flame of Saint Germain; and your intention is the highest. Ok?

Well, so, that is my tip for today. And in the meantime, all day long, you can be feeling your heart … feeling the inhale and the exhale … feeling the energy of the heart expanding and contracting as you breathe … and enjoying a wonderful day.

And the more we enjoy a wonderful day, the less possible it is for anyone to frighten us with a terrible technique like that … a technique that is very destructive to them, in their karma and in their future incarnations. Whatever goal we have, in harming other people, is so much buried under the thing that we do to ourselves when we practice that technique …

It is really an act of ignorance; it is an act of spiritual ignorance, to think that we can gain something by injuring someone else. There is nothing in the Universe that is more opposite the will of God, which is only Love.

So, never think that anyone can injure you on the psychic plane. Love is the greatest power in the Universe. It is the only power in the Universe.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

Viselike Glomming of Negatively Aspected Heart Chakras with Hearts That Are Positively Aspects

What I have noticed lately, is a phase that Earth and humankind are going through, where people whose heart chakra … not the high heart, but the middle heart chakra … is negatively aspected, those people … just through a quality of their electromagnetics … are ‘glomming’ onto my heart. And there is an electromagnetic attraction that stops the action of my energetic heart, because their heart energy is reversely attracted to mine, and everything kind of grinds to a halt.

And the clairaudient chatter that I hear is that these people, in their minds, feel that they have not enough love, and not enough vital force and energy; and that they feel inevitably drawn to my heart chakra, to try to get the love that they need.

And now, I have looked at this in several different ways. And one is just this electromagnetic feature that we have been talking about, where the energy of their heart is slightly negative, and the energy of a heart that is freely open does not have a charge. And the energy of their heart is therefore attracted … like a magnet is attracted to nonreactive steel.

An Attitude That Our Heart Will Never Get Enough Love

And so, this can cause fear in the heart of the person who is besieged by the hearts of … how did Krishna Das say it? …

… “My foolish heart, when will you learn?” … and so, when we have that attitude, that our hearts will never get enough love, and are incapable of being loved, then we are drawn outside of our own magnificent Souls, to try to find the object of our desire elsewhere.

Our Own Hearts Are Where We Will Find Love

And of course, that will never be satisfactory for us; the Source of the Spark of Divine is within us. That is where we find all that we need. That is where we find all that we are. The Truth of what we are is within our own Heart. There God dwells in us. There grace lies in us.

So we have to bring ourselves back to our own hearts, and feel, in our hearts, positive emotions such as gratitude and appreciation, with small things that we encounter all day long. We can keep our hearts open in that way. And when our heart chakra is open, and flowing freely, we do not feel the need to find things outside ourselves to satisfy us. We are content within ourselves.

Then we can stand steadily in a path, with Christ’s compassion. That is the goal.

On Relaxing the Muscles of the Chest and Heart, So That the Heart May Feel More Open

And in the meantime, what I am noticing is that it does not take a lot, for me to be reacting with other people, or feeling a sensation in my body that causes my heart chakra to close up a little bit.

So now, what I am concentrating on, as I walk and when I am with people, is relaxing my chest muscles, and relaxing my heart, when I feel my heart tightening up because of some external stimulus. So that way I can be sure that my heart is always open.

The ‘Love Addict’ and the ‘Enabler’

Now I want to talk a little more about people who feel that attraction to other people … like: There is not enough love, and I have to get love from other people! … those kinds of feelings that we have sometimes. I think it is a little like … You know that club called ‘Alcoholics Anonymous’? … It is like an addiction, like a way of thought that we cannot break free of.

It is a mental habit, to think that we do not have enough love within us. And so, what happens, when we keep cycling this secret current of thought through our deep subconscious mind, is that we are constantly trying to find people, in our lives … like Alcoholics Anonymous talks about ‘enablers’.

These are people who will allow us to perpetuate this habit that is really insufficient to the truth of the situation.

So ‘enablers’, what they do is they say: Oh my gosh, you poor thing! Let me help you! … You know?

Instead of saying: You, and all human beings, have the free will to become who they truly are; and to realize the majesty of their Souls!

Instead, we validate the chains on somebody else. We validate the fact that they have a habit … a subconscious habit. So then we find ourselves constantly drawn into their lives, to fix things for them: To give them money; to give them praise; to give them love …

And because of their own lack of clearing in the heart chakra, some little snag in there makes them always respond to love … whether a clairaudient, loving feeling, or whether in the physical presence of that person … in such a way that they will be trying to shut down the enabler’s heart chakra; constantly trying to belittle them; constantly trying to make their self-esteem suffer.

I think that the reason for this is that, when the enabler’s heart chakra is shut down, it is more like the ‘love addict’s’ heart chakra is. And so they feel more at home with a person whose heart is not functioning well. You know?

For the Empath: On Keeping the Heart Well Centered Within Ourselves in the Presence of a ‘Love Addict’

So we as empathetic people … when we are in the presence of a person with that kind of mental habit, the view of the insufficiency of love … we have to keep our hearts always open, but centered well within ourselves. You know?

Let us see … I think there were one or two other things to do with that. Let me think for a moment …

Alice’s Vision of the Shutting Down of the Body of Light During the Long Age of Darkness

So the thing is, from a multidimensional perspective, whatever we see as a distortion of the emotional body of someone else, is likely to be just an indication of a distortion of the emotional body of everybody on Earth; not exactly the same distortion, but perhaps very extensive distortions in everyone here, due to the density of matter.

As we are rising through this process, we are able to hold, in our Bodies of Light, and in our emotional bodies, and in our DNA, more depth of Light … So that the kinds of information that had been left out … simply because there was no room in our mental-emotional-spiritual complex, to place that information, when we descended into the third dimension … That kind of information insufficiency is now being eliminated by the downloads of Light that we are receiving from the Central Galaxy.

The Shift: Our Renewed Ability to Communicate with Our Expressions of Self in All of Our Dimensions

Since near the end of 2012, we have started to receive more and more Light. So, steadily, and naturally, our emotional bodies, and our Bodies of Light, will be returning to a state of fullness.

But they are doing so, in conjunction with changes that are taking place in all of our dimensions. And we have Expressions of Self in all of our dimensions.

Yet, most of us are unable, so far, to communicate with those Expressions. On the other hand, those Expressions are more than capable of communicating with us. So, we have to have the sense of Mind … the perspective of Multidimensional Self … to call upon Expressions of Self that are in other dimensions.

Now, you can call this your Celestial Ascension Team … If you are an Advaita kind of person, it will make sense, that you are just talking to your Higher Selves. You know? And they … because of their better understanding of the total situation … are able to coordinate and speed up our ascension into a greater understanding and clarity.

Alice’s Vision: Succor in the Long Age of Darkness: Other Human Beings … and in the New Age of Light: Our Ascension Teams and Our Higher Expressions of Self

So now, to go back to these people that are unflinchingly holding onto other people: These people do not understand there was a time … 150,000 years, some say … during which there was no succor … there was no other help for us, than to depend upon each other. And that was not a huge help, because of the Soul wounding we had all experienced.

So it was more like the comfort of knowing that some other being was there, than actually being able to receive help from other people … because we were all deficient in programming, because of the density. And we still are.

So, relationships that are formed in this density, are necessarily lacking in the ecstatic joy that we will experience in our relationships in 5D … in the Fifth Dimension.

And that is something that we have to realize has changed: We can now relate to our Celestial Ascension Teams. We can now relate to our Higher Expressions of Self.

And that is where the help lies. The help does not lie in other people, right now.

False Notions That We Are Separate, of Not Having Enough Love, of Maintaining a Vise Grip on the Hearts and Energy Fields of Other People, and of Mind Controlling Large Numbers of People

So, for those that have not realized that yet; that are still, quite naturally, holding onto other people: We need to let them go. The more separate, and the more alone they feel, the more they will feel impelled to look for help where help truly is.

That is my thought about this. There is a lot more to be discovered about this; I am certain of that, because it seems so all-pervasive … This aspect of not having enough love, and feeling separate, and trying to heal that perception by holding other people in kind of a vise grip, and draining other people’s energy … This notion that we have to get energy and vital force from other people.

And the notion that we can control large numbers of people with our minds: That is purely antithetical to the laws of Earth regarding Free Will and Love. So it is just a misunderstanding that has happened, because of the density here.

Now, here is something that I found out just today … [Shows mountains.] … See the mountains? I was walking in the mountains. Pretty cool! And I sat down on my favorite rock, to meditate. And I began to feel that my heart was closing up.

And lately, whenever my heart starts to open, I feel something like ‘thorns’ tearing at my heart, and pulling it closed again. It hurts a little, actually!

And so I tried taking a few fingertips of one hand … [Shows middle three fingers of right hand, held together] … and placing the fingertips, lightly, right there on my heart chakra … [See “Meditation to Open Up the Heart Chakra” near the end of this blog.]

What I felt when I did that: First I heard, clairvoyantly, some people … a man, a woman, and some other people … say: She was right here with me, and now she is gone. Where is she, anyway?

And then I heard a little child saying: There is all the love you will ever need, right here!

And I could feel the electromagnetics of my heart changing: The kind of a ‘claw’ feeling went away. And it was like a relief to my heart: A relaxation and a joy came in.

So I would like to suggest trying this mudra out: Place three fingertips of your hand, held one above the other, vertically, and lightly, on your heart chakra, in the center of your chest while meditating … and then see how the energetics change …

Meditation to Open Up the Heart Chakra

If you feel your heart chakra begin to tighten up or close down, place the first three fingers of your right hand lightly on the heart, as shown in the below series of three photos. Then sit quietly for a minute or so, and feel what changes come about in your energy fields.

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice.

A while back … about a month ago … I was working with a meditation that was an inspiration that came to me. It had to do with balancing the two hemispheres of the brain. I got the idea that this could be done, from meditations that I did, years ago, that I got from Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO) … https://www.3ho.org/ … as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and which you can find here …

Yogi Bhajan is a much better channeler of this kind of information than I, but I did come up with something that worked for me, and so I thought I would pass it on for you. This is in cases where you tend to use one side of the brain more than the other … for habitual use of one side of the brain.

I am not sure what the outcome might be, but I wonder if it would be good to test its efficacy, as well, for these two conditions:

  • In cases where a person has been subjected to electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)
  • and in cases where the brain has received a physical insult through accidental injury

Intuition tells me that what you want might to do is to develop the connection … the corpus callosum connection between the two hemispheres of the brain …

Meditation to Balance the Two Hemispheres of the Brain
channeled by Alice B. Clagett in 2015, and published 28 May 2015

The meditation is best done lying down in what is called, in yoga, ‘corpse pose’. And what that really means is: Lying down on your back, with your arms along your sides, in a relaxed position; palms are up. It is a deep relaxation pose.

And so what you do in this position is: You tense the little finger and thumb of both hands. and place your Awareness in your brain.

Now I am a kinesthete (a kinesthetic intuitive), and what I found, when I did that, is that I could feel the energy on the left and right sides of my brain, and in the middle of the brain, uniting and leveling out.

You may not have the advantage of that kind of clair faculty, but you may sense a difference in the way that your brain functions.

Here is an image of me standing up, with my hands in the right pose, but you should do it lying down on your back, if you decide to do it.

Mudras: Stop Circulating Thought Forms in a Room . by Alice B. Clagett

Dear Ones,

Here are two mudras that act as a brake to stop negative clockwise circulating energy in a room, especially in a domed room with people sitting in it. There’s a Summary after the video; text not in the video is in green font …

Hello, Dear Ones, It’s Alice. I Am of the Stars.

I have two mudras for you, in case you’re in a circular, dome-shaped room with people sitting in it, where the energy is circling around clockwise, and it’s negative energy, as is sometimes the case in time of Low Light …

LOW LIGHT: The video was filmed just before Winter Solstice 2017, during a Solar Minimum, at a time of low sunspot activity and very mild protonfall.

… especially if you want repeating, negative thought forms to stop hitting you in the head as they go around the room, ok?

High Heart Brake Mudra

So the first thing, if no one objects, is to use one hand like this, and one hand like this, and that will stop it, right about high heart level …

Directions. The person in the photo above is sitting facing the center of the room. Energy is circulating clockwise in the room … that’s clockwise, from the vantage point of someone looking down from the ceiling.

For the High Heart Brake Mudra, the left hand is on the left thigh, palm up, fingers together. The right elbow is up and out, at the level of the high heart (half way between the heart and the bottom of the neck), the right palm facing to the right, thumb down, fingers together, fingertips pointing forward.

Visualization. Visualize the clockwise-circulating energy in the room being slowed or stopped by the palm of your right hand.

Gut Brain Brake Mudra

But if the High Heart Brake Mudra is too obtrusive, and you don’t want anyone to think you’re raising your hand to talk, or like that, you can lower the right hand down …

… and support it with the left hand, at about the level of the gut brain. The elbows are up and out, and there is this unusual shape of the left hand supporting the energy of the right hand, which acts as a brake to the rotating movement of the electromagnetic field of the room …

The left elbow is up and out; the left hand is placed on the back of the right hand, palm touching it, fingers together.

So these are the two Brakes: One with right hand at High Heart level, and the other with both hands at Gut Brain level.
